★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners are close to bankruptcy and sell all cheap Chinese stuff for 10x the price. The quality is pretty bad and will last 10 days only. Better to buy from reputed e-commerce sites. The owner though old gives bad looks to women. Please avoid lady walker they are overall fake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to this shop today ie on 18/05/2017 for buying a pair of shoes, a sports shoe.And there were 2 persons who was interacting with the customers.One of the two persons was so arrogant and started using abuses after sometime.I initially warned him only to answer what a customer is asking about a product but he never stopped his show and continued indefinitely and finally i had to give a written complaint to the Gopalan Arcade Mall manager to take care of such incidents as well as such shopkeepers who spoils the image of a mall as well as the mood of customers and the Manager told me that he will look into the issue and assured me that such type of things will not repeat again at least inside the Mall premises.
I felt as i were buying something from a Footpath shop instead of buying from a reputed mall.This kind of behaviors are generally exhibited by Shopkeepers on a footpath shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of shoes are not good. I bought a shoe for 1300 Rs and the stitches came out in just 2 weeks time after normal usage. Would recommend not to buy shoes here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collections of foot wear. Though the name is Lady Walker, it is having Gents and Kids footwear too. We bought Ladies and Kids footwear. Really good collections. For our 1 year kid, got good collections to choose from. Price wise also good.
