★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fitness is the best fitness centre which not only makes you physically fit but also mentally healthy.There are such positive vibes in la fitness…..The trainer Monika ma’am is such a hard worker who customise the exercises as per the need of client. Different forms of work out is being carried out here…like Zumba ..Aerobics..Pilates..etc.She always give positive reinforcement to her clients in such a manner that boosts up their Motivational level as well as confidence level & they do more hard work to achieve their fitness goal…..I really appreciate & recommend to join this centre to make yourself a fit & healthy person..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had am amazing experience @lafitness. The trainer made the workout quite fun and enjoyable. Also they take precise care of cleanliness and sanitization. I was taking an offline session but due to Covid, I had to take online session. Online sessions are a great way to continue your fitness training during the lockdown period. Would highly recommend.

Moreover, keeping in mind the COVID protocols, they make sure to sanitize every equipment before use. I have had both online and offline experience with them and would recommend them to anyone.

The kind of workout they offer includes cardio, pilates, HIIT, weight training and floor exercises which is much better than just using the gym machines. I lost almost 20 kgs and got so motivated that I continued online classes from here even during the Pandemic. Can never thank enough my fitness coach, Monika Sharma, who is so dedicated, and gives you the best workout, as per your body need and flexibility.

The trainer motivates you to give your best and soon you are able to do things you thought you would never be able to do. The workouts are personalized. La Fitness is a great place if you are looking for aerobics, zumba or dance fitness sessions. Not only do they have offline coaching but they also provide with online workout sessions. The online sessions are a great way to continue your workout journey in times like these when nothing is certain.
I would highly recommend La Fitness to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had wonderful experience at La Fitness the Fitness cult Ashok Vihar. After delivery my second baby I gained a lot of weight. Although I was able to loose some weight but then I had no stamina. Monika really helped in creating a fitness regime as per my body. She keeps on changing the pattern and never makes it boring. I have been associated with La fitness from last more than 5 years and I think Monika as a trainer is just awesome????
