★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't wast you time here. Collection is very old. They don't understand the meaning of current trends. We bought a suit and gave for size adjustment. Completely screwed it and when asked them to fix it. They argued and misbehaved. Completely treat consumers as fool's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, never thought I'd end up giving a review to this place in the first place, but my experience demanded it.
At this point, I don't care much about their clothes and collection since the service warranted all that useless. They commit to delivering items as soon as possible but don't meet it at all. I have purchased a simple kurta which needed finishing (the guy said it's a 10 minute work, at most) and I can collect it the next day at 1pm. Even after the whole day, when I am here at 1.30, the kurta is not ready.
Had to speak to the employee over the phone (who is still not here after claiming he will be here in a few minutes). Had to call the owner directly to seek help.
Hopefully, the service and attitude of the employees improves and they actually meet what they claim to.
Edit: this edit is for the owner's call back. Finally, the owner called back and promised to have the dress delivered to me today. While I appreciate this a lot, I am tending to stick to my current review as this is yet another promise I am yet to see delivered on.
