★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm going to be absolutely honest about the experience my family had here. Beginning with one woman who works here (HR) who does nothing but misbehave with everyone around, talk mannerlessly, disrespects, never cooperates and ignores what the patient's family members' concerns are. Never encountered such an unprofessional and mannerless medical staff. In my opinion, she should be fired. Just doesn't know how to behave. Secondly, the other staff is also ignorant. They don't attend the patient as they should. My father was in the deluxe room where we were paying a lotttt of money, yet there was no attendee to help him even go to the washroom. Due to this, he fell off the stairs and injured himself on top of being covid positive and oxygen saturation being in 70s. This woman gave me the wrong bill and which was her fault and when I asked her to give me the correct one, she again started screaming and made me wait for 2 hours. This tells how they're highly irresponsible and ignorant too. She acts as if she owns the hospital. My father was admitted there for a week and his condition only deteriorated and we had to shift him to another hospital. My father lost a belonging during this treatment there and when I called to enquire this woman argued that it's our fault and not the hospitals. If a critical covid patient is admitted into a hospital, he obv won't be playing inside right? He would obviously be resting. So obviously it's the staff that stole it.
I recommend you to never go to this hospital. There are actual better hospitals in Bhopal.
