★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's situated right besides the main road, you don't have to navigate through interior roads.
I have appeared in multiple competitive exams at this center. Facilities are nice. They have good space to put your bag/luggage. You get clean RO water for drinking. Halls have a washroom/toilet and urinal facility right outside of them. Although at my floor, there was only single urinal and you have to stand in waiting line if there are many guys going but that's just a small inconvenience.
Computers and peripherals are good quality ones. Especially the mouse respons is not a problem here which is a big problem at a lot of online exam centers.
There is a good sized market around the institute. If your exam is in early morning shift, you can get tea, breakfast and even cigarettes within 50 meters from center although I'm not sure about the availability of a photocopy shop in those hours. But after 10:00AM you can basically get anything within 200 meters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most dirty and worst examination center of Banaras, where admission is not given for 2 or 3 minutes late, the guard instructor does not consider himself less than an officer, is not completely cooperative, no service is provided, no one should have any center???

Computer lab is very congested, very little space provided which may cause discomfort to many. Also the computers weren't really in good condition, all of them were dirty , some keys didn't work .
Their internet connection was also not upto online exam standards often there were 300 to 750ms delay in loading the next question.
