★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very awful experience. I called twice to ask if i ccould visit them for a haircut . When they told me to come and when i came they said hairdresser isnt there at 5pm....! Wasted my time petrol money. Get some respect for others time. Terrible management behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this lakme branch couple of times. Both the times I got my facial & pedicure done. First time I didn’t have a good experience. The lady hardly did any facial massage & just kept me waiting in the room with masks on for a very long time.
However the second experience was really good. Suman Pal did a great job at facial. Very professional & totally made it feel worth. I will come again ????
