★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand name doesn't mean good services. Same as with these ex-employees of Lakme who promises but does not give the good service. They just know how to extract money from customer by false promises. They are worthless and make ur events truly disaster. Don't trust them at all. They do worse make up n when customer complaints they blame customers only.
Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The make up was good , the behaviour was polite and adjusting. They did special makeup on our request which was really welcoming. The only reason to give 2 stars is the mismanagement of customer belongings. The jewellery which I was supposed to wear went broken inside their changing room. One piece was stolen too. There were no cameras inside so one could not found out. They should exercise more care towards customers valuable belongings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional... they put the cream for hair spa and just made me sit .. no one attended after waiting for an hour I got irritated and ask them to just wash and let me go. If it’s busy then they are not supposed to accept more customers.. very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not lakme. Its name is make up and hair studio. It's a very cramped up space. Highly unprofessional. I was sitting for 20 mins... The employees were sitting ideal but no one attended me till the time I reminded them. The only person who works is a small young girl. Rest all have very high ego. Charges are exorbitant. Only oil massage they charged me Rs 550 (without hair wash). Itna to original lakme bhi charge nahi karta. They dont even have a system of giving a bill. I asked for it then I was handed over a handwritten bill that too only mentioning the total amount no mention of the services that I have take.
A genuine advice dont go there. I have raised a complain with lakme as well that they are using ur brand name
