★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to lakme salon. Had choco revival facial.
Facial was done as cleansing.Short time hardly 10 mins massage, done of face ,no massage of neck, upper back or forearms.If this is their definition of facial, then I am surely not choosing this salon next time.Giving 2 stars, for the cleanliness at salon. Service was highly disappointing.

Not only is They are very consistent and knowledgeable about hair in general. His shop also provides great pricing and fantastic customer service. We tell all of our family and friends about Lakme salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ohhhhh it was sooooooooooooooo awesome!!!!! Thanks to Akshita (she did my waxing) and Rizwan!!! I know I have sensitive skin but my waxing was genuinely done so caring, I loved it. And where do I start on my hair treatment, Rizwan was great. I had the best, most relaxing and comfortable time here. Lots of love to them both!!!! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was second time when i went this salon for take Lakme (A Biggest Brand) service. Both time salon was too much hotter from inside. Your Staff switch on the AC only when customer entered in salon. I was sweating 10 minutes continues. Is what we are paying to Lakme.I am paying higher as compare to other salon and expecting this kind of rubbish things. Totally worst experience. When i complaint to your Staff. They told me Salon owner is not agree to switch on the AC when there is no Customer. How Foolish thing is this. I'm surprised how the Owner is torturing their employees and also customers in temperature of 42 degree.
I'm not recommended to anyone to go there if you don't want to waste your Money on this Expensive Salon which is not giving a Satisfied Service to their customers. *Zero Rating*
