★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid a lot of money and my hair started falling excessively after keratin qod.. Head skin started peeling off and the hair texture become back to the normal stage within a week. Totally upset. Reviews are made by asking the client to rate them 5 star..please don't ever go this saloon..paid the money without any bargain hoping a good service, totally waste of money and time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like everybody read a good reviews and are rushing there. I went for pedicure, hair oil massage and hair wash. They are so busy that they asked me to come after half an hour, I anyway reached there and waited. The guy instead of hair oil wanted me to take some expensive hair spa, I settled for 1000 rupees massage. He put very little oil because it will be difficult for him to remove the oil with wash. After half an hour massage he got busy with other things. The pedicure girl was busy with a client who was shouting because of hair braid gone wrong it was so chaotic and no one was there to give me attention. I tried to go home with the hair oil but the guy made me hair wash which was nice of him . Auff never going there again. Avoid pedicure, there is only one girl for pedicure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone at the salon was so so nice. The girl at the reception, Ankita did the cleanup for my sister. Talha cut my hair he is such a polite and super friendly human being(all the other staff there too) he explained things so well recommended good things we talked about what my hair has been through, things I do to manage my it basis that he cut my hair which turned out to be extremely gorgeous. Thanks, Talha and Ankita highly recommend these two people. I had a very pleasant experience❤

I get all my monthly services done through Gulam.. he advises on treatments that could benefit me not with any intention to increase business.. he is so cordially and accomodating too.. I totally recommend Lakme.. Thanks Gulam for making my hair look and feel beautiful
