I will not recommend anyone for hairstyling
Had booked lakme for my wedding day and they had ruined everything and I was totally unsatisfied. Unprofessional artists working specially for hairstyling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should gv good quality of points if you pay 40000 for a getup for your special day. They only gv me 400 points and 2points equst to 1 rs so only 200 rs per 40 K ?? There is such a special membership

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely atmosphere in the salon.Khushboo was absolutely amazing. She sat with me and talked about exactly what I wanted.Made me feel really comfortable.Had relaxing hair spa, and my hair still feels wonderful...Will definitely visit soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service I had here, I will suggest never ever visit here, last month I had done smoothing for my hair but after that I faced lot of hair fall and also the effect of smoothening was not up to the mark,even after I had complain about it to them they are not willing to give any solution plus miss khushbu who had done my treatment she has no sense how to talk with customer and she was searching only excuse to avoid me and I will suggest never ever try to take risk and don't waste your money. Staff is not well trained and is rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been at different Lakme salon in India, I found this one most unprofessional. Firstly at the reception almost five persons were sitting which was unpleasant. The services I took was not upto the mark. The head massage was not good. The hair cut was messed up by one staff, other staff tried to improve. I believe one does not go for such kind of horrible experience. Lakme should appoint their staff on their own. Anyway I am not going to visit it again. The salon was not clean, overall not an experience of Lakme salon.
