★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to this salon for the first time.My wedding had to happen in few days..Was expecting a normal acceptable service for regular services like waxing if not highly pleasant ones. I went for full arms and back waxing.My sister took the same ones too.The lady who was doing it was so pathetic that she burnt one small area of my sister's arm and a tiny portion of my back..it was burning horribly.Upon complaining she put ice for my sister.We paid and left without creating a hue and cry.But till date I am regretting why I did so..after one or two days , on my back and arms ,developed severe allergies with eruptions which were itchy , sometimes burning and painful.Surprisingly my sister too developed the same complications in the exact areas where waxing was done.We both have pretty goof skin type which these idiotic guys spoilt completely. We had to consult a dermatologist ,but still after 20 days the situation persists without any improvement.They used cheap quality wax and moreover the staff was untrained and completely inexperienced.THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING BASICALLY.Please do not visit this salon.I am suffering till date.If there was negative rating I would have given them that.ITS THE MOST PATHETIC SALON I HAVE EVER VISITED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon is one of the best in town. Starting from its service to behaviour, everything is beyond expectations.
Service - The best part about lakme is its service. The staffs are friendly, polite and listens to your needs. They do the best facials(according to me) and also hair cutting.
Location- conveniently located.After a good parlor session you can enjoy in the nearby restaurants.Big parking area in the ground floor.
Pricing - Its costly when compared to other salons. But if money is not a big concern,then go for this place. You'll be satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, it's not Lakme anymore, they are still using Lakme's name to attract customers while their lakme franchise has already ended and it is now Novia. I visited to have Argan oil waxing , but they said lakme doesn't have Argan oil and it is same as Rica, not sure what quality Rica they used, tanning not removed not even 1%, small hairs were not removed, I got blood clots at 2 places, my hands are now filled with rashes, no covid precautions were taken, moisturizing oil they use post wax is really really cheap. I have been doing waxing since 2014 and it is the first time I heard that my skin is sensitive that I got rashes, deserves a negative star, a big no to this idiotic salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good experience with this salon. They know their work really well from bridal makeup to hair trimming. Their usual time of opening the salon is at 10am but they came around 7am because we had booked them for bridal makeup. Additionally they finished things up in time. This lakme branch is reliable one for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place in cuttack to get your hair colored. The quality looks extremely wonderful and totally different. I always wanted to have platinum hairs so I went to lakme. The person who did the haircolour was extremely generous he was there to listen what I wanted and how I wanted. He did exactly how I wanted it to be but the colour didn't came out that great because the colour is difficult to attain. But I was totally satisfied with the service and the procedure.
