★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady burnt my upper lip, I have a huge burn scar that hurts and won't go away. Hated the service, she was trying to do things quickly as someone important was coming to the store and that lead to a huge scab! A normal beauty salon would have done this better. So much for a brand! Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The haircut is not so great. They spend more time is using dryer than actual haircut. I have used bangalore Lakme and there is a stark difference in quality of work , consultation and actual haircut. I wont recommend spending Rs 975 for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here for the first time and I was skeptic about it but Gaurav Sir did an amazing work on my hairs and I just love my haircut and hairstyling which he did. I'd highly recommend this place. The staffs are also very friendly and they actually know what would suit your face and will take time but give you phenomenal result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This may be a good place for makeup and hair but it definitely is not for nails. I called in advance to book an appointment to get gel manicure and I was told they do gel manicure. When I went for my appointment they said they do not do gel nails, after some discussions with the manager I think, they told me they can only do matte gel nails and showed me only 5-6 color options. Since I hadn't taken an appointment anywhere else, I agreed to go for matte gel nails.
I got pedicure and manicure too, which was good. My service attendant did not apply top coat on my feet nails.
I got done with the service sometime around 8 p.m. and by the next morning the gel nail paint from one nail had already come off. I didn't have the time to go back to the salon and get it fixed since I had a function to attend. In the next 2 days, 3 more nails nail paints came off completely. Now after 7 days of paying Rs. 1250 for gel nail paint, I have only 4 fingers with nail paint remaining out of 10. I would have been better off if I just applied normal nail paint at home. I have been getting gel nails for years now and they last for atleast 20-25 days on an average. This was a total money waste. Never going back here for gel nail paint.
