★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked the make up service around 10 days before my function. I was new to the place and was traveling from punjab. I have been assured to provide the senior make up artist . I always use Mac products so asked them to book the same for me. They charged 4000 rs and asked me to transfer 1000rs as the booking amount. As I am a regular client of Lakme salon in chandigarh so without even a 2nd thought booked it. Khushi was the girl assigned to me . She started my make up with only few Mac products and included lakme products too. Anyways I don't have any problem if the results are good but unfortunately she didn't know how to start the make up . I thought she will start my eye circle with the concealer 1st but she directly started the base and that was so uneven. I was asking her again and again when will you start the contouring which she didn't and to my surprise in 20min she said my make up is done. I was shocked and sad as that function was very very important for me. Being into film industry I know how to do my own make up and I was carrying my Mac product too so I started doing for myself there. I was crying (I know sound foolish ) but yes I was crying and managing myself. Entire staff was silent . And it was the MOST PATHETIC SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Even after no make up I paid the entire money and trust me 4000 matters a lot for anyone. I never wanted to review this long but trust me there is so much in me about this service that wanted to even post my same review in media. Please please please don't go this branch . I don't know how other Lakme is there but M G road Agra is pathetic. I wish I could get my MONEY BACK. I regret badly
