★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude behaviour, not giving books in loose. Have to purchase the complete bundle, which have all stationery. Example Out of rs.2000, actual books cost rs.150 only, rest only stationery. School to take necessary action against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor in dealing with customer. Money is 1st priority for them. Store have close relationship with school and force customer to buy entire pack instead of reuse of old books. In school they teach don't waste paper and in reality forcing parents to buy all new books instead of reuse old.
Entire year book store gets consistent business from school which have made them rude and enjoying this monopoly.
In short run one can make money but not an empire. Please stop fooling people and let them buy books as per their choice.
