★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rats damaged our car at our residence, so we gave our car for this service. After one week they serviced and gave us after washing the car. They charged high, but the service is reliable and responsive. They've shown us what the rats damaged and what are parts they've changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For name it’s biggest body work shop, service advisors here very rude, unprofessional , inattentive and disrespectful. Though you go and speak with someone they will reroute you to someone else and this process goes endless.
On the service front, these guys charge unusually very high for very small things. (earlier we took service from Visakhapatnam, Bengaluru and Hyderabad) not sure of the reason behind these higher prices. Unlike other service stations, they don’t sell any spare parts even a head lamp but they will charge you higher MRPs with service charge. Only thing I felt is they are playing monopoly here in Rajahmundry.
