Its been 10 days, but still no one has reached out to me to give me my medicines .I have my mom suffering from high blood pressure and corona symptoms.To this hard time i have given more than 24 hours of time to get my products delivered.
The executive person can't help, i don't have the delivery partner's number to enquire .It takes half an hour to connect with customer support and there no proper info showed on the application.So i want to know where should i go?Do I need to come to your home or office to collect that medicines?
I am very much sure , this must be happening to many of the people using pharm easy.And if covid has impacted your business and you donthave the people to eliver , you should stop the service for that area, as we are poor not rich like you , that once we pay to u and then again go out for same medicines.
I am very much disapointed with the behaviour of the delivery office and the application you are maintaining.Application too doesnt work smoothly.Apart from all this i feel like how other e-commerce are delivering the items on or before time .
I dont know whom to reach now if again i didnt get a propoer response from your side .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't buy medicine from this place. they are Cheaters. they can kill you. I ordered different medicine they delivered me different medicine in the box of ordered medicine. Ordered medicine (ADGAIN) cost was RS.220 and delivered medicine (FLEXON) cost was RS.16.80. Plus ordered medicine was for Vitamins and delivered medicine was for Anti inflammatory, analgesic and muscle relaxant. Can you imagine what happens to those persons who got these medicines who doesn't have these problem.
