★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think of renting in this place. The entire building is owned by one person and the owner's rules doesn't make any sense. They have not paid my balance advance back their manager is a fraud and owners are for name sake builders but they are biggest fraudsters. Not just that, you can't have a servant maid of your choice and its decided by the owner. The watchman changes every six-months. You cannot ask why. You can even discuss any issues with the owner as there is no middle ground. Either you have to agree or vacate. Totally nonsensical approach. The flat I lived for almost 1.5 years has no proper ventilation. The electrical wiring is so bad that it might end up damaging one's appliances anytime. The voltage continues to flicker all the time.
