Please don’t book your any luggage. Mai pichale 27 barson se Bank service me hu aur aisa dhokhebaaz aaj tak nahi mila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have placed one booking from Bangalore -UP West and I was told by them that it will get delivered by 1 week itself(max. 8-10 days), I called them after 1 week to know the status of my delivery, they informed me that it has been reached in the nearest destined warehouse and by very next day it will be delivered to the delivery address. it has been 2 weeks since booking and I haven't got the Items that have to be delivered to me in a week.
By asking to know my status again and again to one of their employees misbehaves by using "Faulty words" and Cut the Call in the middle of the conversation, Its is really Sad to know Service is very dissatisfied & terrible that I ever had, Bangalore employee is also not answering the call and ignoring, meanwhile I called him from any strange number he answered the call which shows he is completely ignoring the calls it is very disgusting behaviour from your organization.
Really bad Gesture to show the customer.
