★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go with the local builder, this is my personal experience. I have a flat in this apartment, literally there is no assistance provided by the builder either with the association account, maintenance, individual katha transfers and individual electricity meter name change. No corpus funds collected which has to be again taken care by individual flat owners. Once they sell their flats they don't even care.
So it's better to go with the renowned builders.
