Lal Veggies is not a good place to shop fresh veggies. Though competitive rates. compared to the shops based right next. But one needs to be over careful as the owner mostly sweet talks and tries to slip in a substandard product. (2 Stars lost.)
Select or choose everything by yourself, yet you are most likely to end up taking home a part of the substandard bits they keep concealed near the weighing scale. The shop is well stocked and so is the presentation. Good helper boys. Even they are pushed by the owner to put substandard veggies into your stock. (01 Star lost).
You can pay digitally. The shop does have a collection of neo-fad veggies such as bell peppers, violet cabbage, broccoli and button mushrooms, however the shop owner does not have any knowledge regarding the taste and what these are meant for.
The shop is situated right next to Mother's Dairy Booth. A fruit vendor is as well on the other side.
Usually, parking a car becomes an issue; but if you can manage parking the car on the other side of the road, cross over for the purchase by dodging the crazy on-coming traffic, ..., don't see any worth.
All in all, my opinion, would be totally avoid this chap and try moving to better vendors.
