I bought Oxygen cylinder on rent from Lalan Air Products.
At that time I paid Rs. 10,000 deposit and on Rs.5/day as rent contract.
Then they call me and ask about do I need cylinder or not, that that time I told them that I will need cylinder.
Then after 1 week of that call they told me that from that day rent will be Rs. 200/day. and they also mentioned that when thay call fist time it was to inform that from that day rent was increased to Rs. 100/day. but in first call they never mantioned that. but they don't want to belive that and they only stick to point that they infored me and I will need to pay that much rent.
Since, patient was in need of oxygen I return cylinder afer 6 day of second call. becuase of that they took Rs. 200/day rent of cylinder for those days.
When I return the cylinder, I tried to explain the situation and told then that "you can't increase the rate like this. you should have inform me when I came to take cylinder, also contract was for Rd. 5/day rent."
Becuase he was not having and answere to that question he started shouting and abusive words. He might think that by shout and abusive word they will become right. and since they was having deposit with them they have optoin to not give back money.
They also tried to threaten me thay in COVID-19 wave-3 is comming and they will not provide cynder to me. they are thinking that only they are in market and consumer can't have other options.

- Unethical people and company
- Taking advantage of COVID-19 pendemic
- Very rude employees
Suggetion:
Becuase it is covid-19 situation only go to this company if you don't find cylinder anywhere.
