We provided for repair. Unfortunately it is not ready after 20 days. We have an international flight at 9 PM.
Old post: Pathetic customer service!! Better avoid such places and avoid interaction with such rude staff.
We bought a daily use bangle. Bangle got broken within 1 week.
We gave for repair on 10 January. Today 29th January 5 PM, when we reached shop, they are telling it is not ready. We have international flight today at 9 PM.

You will get a royal feeling after entering inside.
Staffs are good, they will instruct you to the specific floors with what you want.
Only thing is it is very confusing to get the Exit door for the new comers.
