β β β β β Worst behaviour,manager most worst they had sales us old byke which was came return with some problems instead of new fur byke Honda unicorn 150cc . And they try to manuplate us by old byke which already done stickering by sales excutive swamy.. and my advice don't bykes here worst and go better to Trisha hondaaa in srikakulam

β β β β β Management is absolutely perfect in handling things in smooth way.
I bought a Honda Grazia here on 21st September 2020. after taking the scooty to my home. I found there's a small dent beneath the seat. I called the customer care number on the bill, someone from Lalitha Honda pics up the call.. First I thought they will not accept the dent from their end.. but, to my surprise they gave full assurance that they will replace the part. Next day I went to the showroom and get the part replaced of no charge. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
Their management is so committed to the customers.

β β β β β I am not at all satisfied with the service checks from the showroom, I have free services and paid service for my new vehicle, when I purchased the vehicle they mentioned that for free services customer no need to pay anything but they charged me for my free service and the paid service too even though no consumables are used for my vehicle. I am not sure of what is the purpose of Free/Paid services in this showroom
I am not able to get a valid response from the staff there, I have those invoice statements also. Expecting a proper justification on this.
