I use to brought silver jewelry only in Lalithaa jewellery from Chennai and Banglore.. Today I visited main branch from Vijayawada... But while searching brand name it self it's comming in second place. Aa Expatation went to another shop in Besent road. finally while asking Auto people reach to Benz circle branch Appreance wise it's aasome but maintenance staff behaviour with costumer worrest place . Requested water for my family no one ready to serve.. Requested models also not available... I am happy such big mall in my Andhra but other cities giving more respect compare with our people... Please improve ?...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales Persons are too arrogant and they didn't show any models it's too worst and Lalitha jewellery it's too scam show room in Vijayawada don't take any scheme they will trap us for schemes that's all are fake. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to buy necklace and bangles. They said they have only 4-5 models available. I was shocked and expected they have more collections and designs as it is one of the biggest showrooms in Vijayawada. The price is fixed and they keep asking us to compare. But, When I compared I surprisingly found that other showrooms are good in terms of designs and price. I was totally disappointed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very big exclusive jewellery shop. Spread over 10 acres of constructed single show room. G+1 floors. Vast shopping area. Neat and clean counters, central air conditioning, large billing area convenient walking space, big sitting area, multiple old ornaments exchange counters, nice floor mosaics, internal route to seller parking with external path connections. This brand has good reputation for fair dealings. Separate counters for different exclusive items mostly traditional. It improves the status of the Vijayawada city to next level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst not trust and not go to lalitha showrooms any were they developed in marketing in how to cheat the people ..each and every silver ornaments all are not original fulll mixied with coper and coated like a silver things type soo ..i lost my money and i have bad a experiance with this showroom ..blindly to trust out side small shops is more than better compare lalitha jewellery

I wish that the owner keep more focus on staff rather than publicity .
No wonder why this shop has less customers and other shops have more customers.
This suggestion is cost more than crores .
I wish there are more Varieties and Different Options
And Good Staff .
But the showroom was nice but the way they deal with the customers was so poor .
