★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had asked for home delivery of medicines today on phone for BP patient. Told me will deliver in the afternoon. I called up twice or thrice in the afternoon. I was told the delivery boy had come down but there was no entry. However, since food outlets are open, there were people outside the shop and they told nobody asked them for my name. That means the delivery boy never came. I am going to report this to Health Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Rajesh Tope ji. This is not the way you do job half-heartedly. I am writing an email to the Health Ministry of Maharashtra. And try to be polite with the customer next time.
