★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are fine but service is pathetic, worst post sale service. The owner acts as if he is the busiest in the world, too much overacting.
Go to his shop, you will find him running here and there for no or small things.
I recommend not to purchase from here rather find a shop in area that provides good service, there are many options in Kalkaji and Govind puri. Don't be trapped by 500-700 rate difference.
I am writing this after having three bad purchase experiences (fell for minor price difference), but their service never improved. Finally, a big cross to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest fraud dealer of delhi, they are sweet while selling an items but when it comes to after sale service they become the devil, I had registered my complaint to them on 27th June over the call, they promised me on 28th technician will visit, after 3 days my fridge warrenty expired. And they are still misbehaving to me over the call and telling the mistake is only mine, now I am going to file petitions against them in consumer court, don't buy anything from this outlet, they are scaming with you,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most irresponsible dealer with zero business ethics. I purchased 02 Door PND 570 Hirachi from Lamba on 14 Feb 2019. The new refrigerator started giving trouble since April 2019. Hitachi and Lamba have nasty understanding between them and that cause enormous suffering to customer. It had never been replaced because Lamba did not want it to be replaced . So many repairs, so many spending did not help us. Worst product is Hirachi and unethical dealer is Lamba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased two Voltas window AC and both AC's are making too much Noise and after that I have registered complaint to Voltas Services they are not ready to listen and not replacing AC's and Lamba Electronics register the complaint but till date no resolution from both end...I am not satisfied with Lamba Electronics and Voltas services....Farud and worst services ..Damge product given to us ....I want to back my money or AC replacement.
I have visited to Lamba Electronics also there owner not listen my issue and said talk to my team member and team member registered only name and address but not write down the actual issue what we are facing from first day in both AC's.
