★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them 4 times. 1st contact - "Sir ill ask my sales manager to call you in 10 mins." No call. I called thrice after that, no one picked up. It's a shame that we have to put up with service like this in India, especially when you know you will be paying a premium. Brands like these add up to household furnishing nightmare.

Installer and installation was also very convenient. He all alone opened the bed and fixed it back. Completed the job single handedly in 4 hours max.

He understood my requirement and taste in a flash and bingo!! the desired material and sample was on table. Earlier, I was bit hesitant of buying from a 'brand store' but now I would suggest everyone to stop buying non-branded and so-called imported material and go for Lamiwood. Rates are reasonable. Installation was done on time with perfection. One very good thing about their showroom is that they have ample parking space.
