Lethargic attitude . Spcly store manager who has only busy in his mobile.

I purchased a shirt from them, there was some size issue i went again to exchange the size but they didn't had any size in the same shirt, they asked me to exchange the shirt and gave me another shirt for same price. When i washed it one sleeve was patchy as in the patch was colour less . I went to the outlet and asked them to exchange they told me that we need to show the defect in our concern department. Few days later they called me and said that this is not a genuine defect we cannot exchange it nor we will give your money back ,they indirectly blamed me that i washed it roughly i am unable to understand if somebody has a problem instead of resolving they are denying to accept and exchange. They have a poor exchange policy and it clearly means that they do not value their customers. For them customer's money is everything but customer's concern is nothing.
