★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful society. Awesome community center.
But pathetic maintenance. Less lifts and one lift is always faulty, however complaints you file.
No hearing for complaints thought good amount being deducted for maintenance.
Sewage water in water tanks. But maintenance doesn't even admit the mistake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am really disappointed with the maintenance team after investing a handsome amount it’s feel like your are living in a village,
1-Maintenance team work is just for a toss as they never respond to our complaints,
2 - recently water tanks found in a pathetic condition where most of the residents got sick and admitted to hospital,
3 - parking issues
4- water logging in the basement
5 - Streets dogs inside the society not safe for children,
I can go on and on so things thrice before investing a single penny on this property,
I have received a defected flat on the name of furnished sample flat,
From tiles to door locks everything is low quality when i have complaints on the same day when i got the key so they told us nothing will happened now as it’s sold and maintenance will not work on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor maintainence, there is beer bottle , garbage found in water tank, when society children got sick, then they clean it, very poor quality of construction in flat, cracks in wall of new building, i took wrong decision to purchase flat in worst buliding. only fake builder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u want to live life peacefully nd healthy stay away from this society. It will basically give u a feeling of a govt managed society. The management is so pathetic that either u will stop complaining or u will leave this society. All the access roads as well as roads in basement parking are broken. Security guards are least bothered about who enters the society. The parking is a mess as any body can park anywhere. Reports of theft are also there. In terms of upkeep of society it should be rated negative. If a thing broke down then it will remain broken forever. Many of the decorative lights in garden are out of order or broken. Street lights r disfunctional. The fountain is non functional. A glass door on second floor banquet is broken for past 01 year. Most of the Fire alarms and sensors don't work. There is no intercom in lift so if a lift hangs up u r on ur own. The cleanliness is of lowest grade. The club house is old and is very small in comparison to the no. Of flats built.Now residents r getting admitted to hospital en masse as there is no periodic cleaning of water tanks and allegedly they r not covered too. Take ur chances before u invest in this property.

I know every society has problems some or less but in this society, the management plays with your health.
If you want to attract problems in your life than you are most welcome here.
No water cleaning, no electricity. Even villages are better than this society.
Maintenance is the most pathetic i have ever seen
Lack of staff, only one electrician is there for 1200 flats.
Manoj yadav is the biggest creep
Ravindra electrician, Nirmesh Agarwal all are corrupted and have filled their fat bellies with people's hard earning money.
Last but not the least it seams owner of this society Mr Lalit Jaiswal has forgotten that he has build a society called Landcraft golflinks and is least bothered about the problems of the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor build guality and very poor maintenance by builder's sister concern. Maintence is of such poor quality that recently more than 37 children and many adults felll I'll due to unhygienic drinking water. Tanks were found dirty ,infact they were not cleaned since long. Complaint has been made by residents to district authorities and matter is still pending. In nutshell this society is not recommended.

Power, Water can go out randomly at any time. Backup not provided most of the times and no worker here wants to do his/her job, they just want their salary from our maintenance. Nothing is done on time here, I humbly request everyone to donate Rs. 5-10 to this society so that they can fulfill their hunger, and please find some other better place to live.
