★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landmark Honda. They are cheater. Never give your car for service there. They will cheat you. I asked parts rate outside it is cheaper. And in Honda they manufacturer but I got from there in double price. Service is also very bad. It's 10 days almost and still they don't give me a car. They are just looser.

They calls you frequently for begging 5 star but if you explain your trubble they tells you that your complaint is noted. I have explained my complaint atlest 7-8 times. And main important thing don't trust on their sales persons they stays there for just 4-5 months. Landmark honda Adajan is rubbish place to buy your dream car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is missing here is enthusiasm to serve a customer and a demo car for test drive. I believe this is the clear result of having a monopoly dealership structure across mega city of Surat and entire South Gujarat which means no competition amongst dealers within same brand. The same is reflected in their service stations too. The saviour for Honda is quality of its vehicle which compels customer to visit showroom.
Also one of poorest showroom in case you are expecting best bargain price.

My purchase: IDTEC VMT April 2022
Pros: The sales team is very humble, helping at every stage of purchase and put 100% efforts. Ambience is good. Product booking and delivery is quite reasonable.
Cons: Accesories team is little unprofessional ( in my case atleast).
Verdict: Honda City is a good product. The Sales team is wonderful and hardworking. You can surely buy a car from the dealership for seamless buying experience.
