I recently purchased a Honda Amaze from Landmark Honda and became a part of the Honda Family. I was very exited as the dealership had a reputation so I thought the help they would provide would be better than any other dealer around and that was my biggest mistake. The Experience after the purchase is becoming worst day by day.
I had a incident and in that by mistake I broke my side mirror. Therefore I called them asked how can I claim or should I pay for these and all the other question. So what they did is forwarded me number of a person who is working in Landmark Isanpur as it would be near to the house I contacted him and told the scenario and he asked me to come and drop the vehicle. Therefore after confirmation with him I went there and met him.
I asked him how much days is it going to take because the reason I brought this car was because of pandemic i was traveling in car and yesterday I skipped my office for dropping the car and what his answer was simply amazing"Sir we are doing you a favour by dropping the car at Bhopal branch so dont ask how much time it is going to take if you want you can take it yourself".
Is these a way you treat your customers? They have no manners while talking speaking like everything is my fault as i purchased it from Landmark. They even dont have any idea how much time it is going to take.
Landmark I am waiting for a solution to these problem.

My car’s touch system failed, they said they will replace it with a new one and it will take 15days to 1 month max, it’s literally 7 months now and by this poor service i have decided to never buy a honda car again, whats the point to buy a honda when there will be no commitment, car is product that we use for years, so customers deserve proper service when the spent their money in a car
