★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked our car on October 7 bt we have not purchased Honda jazz for that we given booking amount , still we have not get our refunded amount back which has been told within 20 days and employers Prashant of your company making us full since October month which is not appreciated so if I don’t get my refund amount back in 2 days I will take further legal action..which is very shame full image on u r company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Cars I must say but Staff is not so amazing in terms of service... I went for number plate fitting and the person there Mr. Rahul kept me on waiting for almost an hour... And when I got angry he fitted the number plate in less than 2 mins... Sorry for my Anger but a work which can be completed in less than 2 mins you can not make the customer wait for an hour... Customer can be also busy and taken out the time from his work... Pls take care...

Pathetic service and inferior standards in dealing with customers and their concerns. It appears the entire gamut of staff working there is reeling under some kind superiority complex and treats as if the Honda is last car company on earth. Below standard dealership and ulterior attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to test drive the Honda WR-V. The receptionist called the Sales Rep, requested me to take a seat. In a few seconds they served us a glass of water. Very welcome in Ahmedabad's blistering heat. The Sales Rep arrived in a few seconds, told us that he is arranging for the vehicle and that it would take a few minutes, and was true to his word. He explained the features of the variant of the car, gave us our test drive, sat down with us after the test drive and answered all our questions patiently. Excellent experience.

Feel like it’s not a company’s or a standard service station. Worst than Road type service and cleaning. In a way Pathetic service cleaning and attitude. Below standard and their reply is very cunning.

The best hospitality & sales executive (Mr. Prashant) was also very helpful, Also met their manager, All the staff is satisfactory.
