It is nothing but another version of gulab jamun. Taste was almost similar to gulab jamun. In my opinion it's over hyped

Though they lack in variety the sweets were fresh and service was quick. They also have a very nice open air seating area where you can take your meal. Sometimes it can get very busy.

Clean Bathrooms and prompt service. The dahi vadas they serve is delish. A good pit stop on the highway.

While driving towards Tarapith Mandir, we stopped here to have some food. Loved the puri sabzi combo here and the sweets were good too. While coming back from the Mandir, we stopped here to have tea and snacks which were equally good. The ambience is okay as well. Serves as a great pit stop while you are driving towards your destination.

While going from Kolkata to Bardhamman/Durgapur, Langcha Kuthi is the 1st of the many langcha shops that dot this area. The shop being on the left side while driving down from Kolkata, it becomes a natural place for the gastric juices to start flowing as soon as one sights the signboard. Besides Langcha, they probably serve everything that an Indian can think of by way of sinful breakfast; luchi-torkari, alu paratha, dosa, sambar Vada, being a few items on their menu. Service is self and very quick, thereby ensuring that they can cater to a large number of visitors who stop-over here. As for the Langcha, we'll they are as good as any that can be found in the shops that abound in this area; syrupy, melt-in-your-mouth ellipse that leaves one craving for many more. They have a few variants, though they all seemed similar in taste to my palate. A must visit place. If you are not satisfied, well, you can always make a u turn from this place and check out the shops on the opposite side.

Shaktipur is known for its Langcha! You can't miss these Fried Chena in Sugar syrup sweets if you happen to cross shaktipur! Langcha Kuthee like all its brothers is very famous. The rates here are cheaper as compared to the others though. Also, you have to try the Mihidana and Sitabhog! They are also very good!

It is a good place to have your breakfast. They serve good food with lots of varieties. There is a option for online (both UPI & Card) payments.
