MISSING PARTS AFTER REPAIR
As the hinge was repaired and not replaced and also partly due to the reason that I handle my laptop roughly, I had to visit his store for a repair again. But around this time, I was also facing another issue. My CPU temperature was quite higher than normal. So, I took my laptop to him to check and repair the above two issues. Also, I asked him to upgrade my storage to SSD and increase the RAM by 4GB. I paid him ₹450 for the same.
Now, here is the issue: After all's been said and done, when it came to checking the issue related to higher CPU temperature, he tells me that my heatsink was MISSING. Instead of accepting that he removed it from my laptop, he had the audacity to deny his actions. Instead he held me accountable forcing me to accept that I had my laptop repaired at some place else and there was where the heat sink was removed which is not true at all. He even started quoting me the price of a new heat sink.
Anyways, I will strictly request people to avoid this repair shop as you may be secretly deceived without your knowledge.

My Case:
The bracket which holds the LCD of my laptop was broken. So I took it to him for repair. He was not present in his office then, so, handed my laptop over to his sub ordinate. He called me later and said that if the part was available he would replace it else he would repair it. After a day or two he called again and said that the original part was not available readily and would also cost me more. So, I went for a repair. After the repair, everything was working fine but on taking my laptop home I found that the wifi signal was very weak. So, I took it to him again and he resolved the issue at no extra cost.
All in all he is pretty polite guy with good knowledge on what he is doing. The repair costs are also reasonable. I will definitely approach him the next time I face any issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few days back my laptop was not working.It was not booting.My laptop is 8 years old.So I was looking some affordable place so that i can repair the laptop and the service should be worth the money I pay.From all other options i was browsing in google,I came across Lapcures. Without giving a thought i went to their office.I told Mr.Yadav about my problem that i am facing with laptop and requested him to repair it as soon as possible.Within 3 days my laptop got repaired and i am using it as new one.Also he gave a warranty of 30 days.
I am happy with the service that i got and I would refer my friends to do any type of servicing from here.If further i also have problem i will go to this trusted service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service from their side. Before giving them for servicing, my laptop was in well condition, but after I got it from them, total system is nothng to use. Various problems occurred after that. I have to purchase another new laptop after that. There were some part changes during service, they didnot provide warranty slip to me after nos of request. I further recommend you to think before giving your laptop here for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the best place to get your laptop fixed. My laptop Dell Latitude 3450 (1 tb hard disk 16 gb ram intel core i5) was completely dead and I thought it wouldn't be possible to get it back on again without huge expenses.
But Mr. Satya Narayan Yadav not only repaired the mother board but also fixed all the issues with my battery and keyboard. My laptop is now as good as new and that too at a very affordable price.
