★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. I went to get my phone's charger pin replaced. They broke my phones back panel and argued that it was broken already. Also they did nothing and the problem is still there after the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheater, fraud, bad experience. i had very bad worst experience of this lappy care shop. i went there for my ipad charging issue and they ask to leave ipad at there shop for 24 hrs to arrange the charging cord and took my
ipad, next day when i checked the status they told me its ready and come to collect when i went there ipad issue was not resolved they they again asked to leave for next 24hrs. and its been 4 days they are not returning my ipad.
They are fraud. taking the products for repairing and never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience from this shop during this lockdown. My phone broke and i was in a mess when my friend suggested me of this shop,Lappy Care in Aditya Mall Indirapuram. I called the owner of the shop,Mr.Amit Dhal,he asked me for the address as they provide pickup and drop service too. He immediately picked up my phone,repaired it and returned me same day itself. It is a reliable shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my OnePlus 3's damaged screen changed and after the change, the gestures stopped working. The touch response wasn't satisfactory either. Sometimes, the touch misses some characters and sometimes it glides on its own while typing. I visited for around ten days with the same complaints but every time I was sent back. They claim they will help you if you come within two days of change but they never did. They told me to do a factory reset which would solve the problem but of course it did not. Before the change, I was asked whether I`d like an original screen, a first hand or a second hand, and I opted for the original one. Let me tell you, it`s nowhere close to the original. It`s a fingerprint magnet, with unsatisfactory touch response, and gesture issues. Even the fingerprint response takes more time. They also told me that even the company owners won`t be able to distinguish whether it`s an original screen or not. Please find another shop so that you don`t have to listen to "If money wasn't the issue, a person would go to the service center instead of coming here. Sorry".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to them for last one year for mobile repair it was all fine. Once they replaced the battery also under warranty for my samsung mobile.In the month of Feb I got the screen replaced for my 16 inch laptop @3500 whereas price was 2700 3 months earlier. I was told that due to china Import restrictions price is high and due to 1 year warranty price anyway is high. I got it replaced as anyway I had good impression about shop. In the month of March screen had 5 small dots and I clicked picture and sent them. Within seconds I got reply it is screen damage. I called them and they told show us on the shop once we open after corona. I went to shop last week and they were not in any mood to replace rather I could easily make out they are trying to give me story as if they are talking to a small kid. Owner of the shop trying to convince it is damamge whereas we have been using laptops at home for 20 years now and none of the laptop had ever been damaged like this in 10 day. I still agreed and did not Argue and the owner told I will give u the screen without making profit that is he max I can do. He promised to call after a day . Call never came . I called him and he told he has some medical issue but he will call later. I called after 2 days but no solution. Finally he called me and told that you go to nehru place or in noida but I can't help with price . So these guys think they can make customer satisfy by talking politely and not giving any solution. What happened to your commitment of giving it on your cost without profit. Did you forget?? You never talked about that screen could be faulty from day1 but you wanted to pass the bug to customer . Why to lie when you are not intending to help . Please let me know if anything wrong I have written .

Please be aware from these scammers. They will take your stuffs for repair and will never return. I was thinking it was just me but there are so many negative reviews about them and then I realised they are scamming people. It’s been 4+ months that I am following up for my laptop that I gave them for repair and I have visited shop more than 50 times but I never got back my laptop. Every time they have given a new excuse. I am planning to take help of police if they don’t return by this week. PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THEIR SCAM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had very bad experience with Lappy Care, I gave my Note 20 Ultra for repairing glass, and they promised to repair in a day but took n 3-4 days to repair the glass they fixed the glass (with defect) and damaged the camera, they asked me to hand over the phone again to fix the camera and couldn't fix, again they asked to give extended duration, I handed over but despite giving them phone multiple times and making several rounds they never fixed it. The staff is irresponsible and won't even entertain you for any post service repair in the absence of owner Amit and the Indirapuram shop is just an eyewash, they take phones to Noida for repair and take their own time to return. I'd recommend not to trust these guys for any repair work, however you can but accessories.
