★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave them my laptop to get it's hinge repaired. As it was weak I even showed them how to open and close it. Still, they employee opened and closed it carelessly. When I said, "Aaram se karo wo kharab na ho jaye". He said, "are bhaiya mat tension lo kuch ni hoga". Later when they turned it on, there was a big black mark at tge bottom of my screen, at the same point and corner where the hinge was broken. When I pointed it out, they were like, "ye pehle se hi tha, iska hinge se kuch lena dena nahi hai.."
When the man(who asked me to get it repaired from that particular) said that, the display was okay when I showed laptop to him. They still won't admit it and saying ki "display repair k paise alag se lagenge.."
Bloody liar and unprofessional.
