The laptop I selected had some peripheral issues and that too was resolved before handing over. I liked the service basically because he was very polite patient and responsive. I also got an old laptop sold to him at a reasonable price. One of the good quality I was attracted was that he is technically very sound and not a trial&error type of guy, which ia very important
