★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have zero intention to resolve your issue. My HP laptop was slow and they installed SSD, then formatted it but the issue was not solved. After few weeks when I contacted again, they again pitched for SSD and RAM upgrade. The issue was never installed until HP guys simply updated the bios. It was a zero cost effort for which this guy took over 10k from me. Never ever go to this guy.

Unauthorized repair shop.
Unfair Very High Pricing, they might take parts from your machine, if they found you are complaining, no return product policy after sale, looting fraudster, it is not only me who is complaining here scroll down for more feedback like these, choose wisely.
Check the comments, how they try to threaten their unsatisfied customers.
Those customers are not satisfied for real are put fake review according to them how fake you are.??
They have 2 Stores 1 at Near DLF Metro Station & other Near Basement Market DLF Phase 3 they can only install format Windows and change HDD easy stuff and earn good paying customer review, those customers who are not satisfied and inform them about what they are doing wrong or charging you double or more then double or 2x2 times double if you are in urgent need of something & they say it is why you need this product urgent, they don’t care and even talk normally you think they realized their mistake, and try to exchange as they don’t refund, again they charge you double or twice then double.
The customer dissatisfaction will increase good technician not there at DLF Phase 3 who give the product on good price or quality service, so it is recommended repair your laptop/pc by yourself or by authorized company warranty.
