★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called these people and asked them specifically what the charges are for the engineer to visit and diagnose the problem in the laptop and they repeatedly told me that it's free of charge. Cost will be incurred only if some repair or maintenance activity is administered. They have this same thing written everywhere on their website too so as to attract customers. But when the engineer arrived he said that there is a charge of 200rs for visiting. When I called the person I had spoken to earlier, he started giving sly excuses saying that diagnosis is free but checking the laptop is chargeable. Whatever that meant. They should atleast not fool customers and mention their charges clearly beforehand. Moreover their charges for spare parts and accessories for repair are exorbitantly high, almost double of what ylit actually costs. Their low service rates are compensated in that way by charging extra for whatever spares are required for repair. Not a trustworthy company to give your laptop to at all because if that surface level there's so much of fraud then I cannot trust what they might be doing after opening my laptop once submitted.

This is Pathetic. They don't even have a single shop there if you call them they ask you to come to a diffrent place, just misleading the users.
And their services are worst and charges are double comparative to market. If you use thier services then you have to go there for at least 4-5 times.
