★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of lassi shop for numerous times in last 3-4years.
I have been to different outlets in bangalore in different locations.
Today i first time visited the lassi shop of varthur which is present next to prestige lakeside habitat in apple city.
Its has three service person, one of them sit at the counter and two of them prepares the orders. The two person who prepares the order are so well behaved and the person who sit at the counter is equally ill behaved. The ill behaved one was so arrogant that he started shouting and may be even used slangs in his local language for just asking a carry bag as it was raining in and it was difficult to carry three paper bags in two wheeler. He even said something if you are not able to carry its your problem where other two people denied my request in polite and proper manner.
I would request lassi shop brand to take necessary steps and action towards this specific person as this kind of people and their behavior will surely cause issues to the brand.
As a customer i will surely not visit this outlet again and also I will spread this scenario to my friends and family.
I hope I will get a proper response and return from lassi shop side.
