★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience today. Visited the hotel for dinner at The Latest Recipe handing the car keys to the valet. When I came back to collect the keys, to my horror, I realized the back cover of the keys was missing.
While this may have been nobody's fault, one expects an apology and atleast an effort to search for the missing part of the key.
To our utter dismay, the valet was extremely rude and the front desk and security incharge were also no more helpful.
Such behaviour is extremely unbecoming of a 5 star hotel. The entire staff needs a lesson or two in hospitality and polite behavior.
I'm hoping someone senior at the hotel reads this and takes some action or the hotel is going to the dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the worst experiences of my life at this restaurant.
It was my parent's anniversary dinner. They did not just refuse a table to us, even if the restaurant was fully empty (except maybe one or two occupied tables) , they mocked us, intimidated us and forced us to leave the premises. (the staff's name was rajiv)
After a bad review was put on a food delivery platform because of rude behavior of one of their staffs, they very arrogantly asked us to remove the comment or else they'll get removed in 5 mins (exact words).
It was a horror show. Unprofessional and arrogant staff who have the air about working at this brand hotel but no manners to behave with guests or customers.
Absolutely horrible experience please never visit this hotel for your important events.
And this is not the first place where I've put the feedback, yet there has been no communication from their side, obviously this chain of hotels don't regard their customers feedback as anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. They ruined important family event because of their rude staff. They are literally bullies. Zomato is deleting bad reviews that's why I am posting here.
Avoid going here if you have an important day. Food is nothing special as well. Visit any other 5 star hotel than this restaurant that ruins important days of their guests by their rudeness and apathetic behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I am going to review about the dinner and breakfast buffet today. As I was on staycation at Le meridian we enjoyed the stay and the food too. I mean what wasn't there in the dinner? Everything. They were having so many options is dinner and my fav sushi too. The dinner and breakfast was lavish and I'm impressed with their services too. Staff was quick and attentive. If you need anything to be changed in your food, they will do for you. They were having so many options and you can see that in the pictures I've uploaded. However I've not added all of them showcasing all the dishes we had. Overall the stay was nice and one must visit "Last recipe" if they really wanna enjoy the lunch/dinner buffet.
2nd visit : this time I was little disappointed with the dinner. Menu was vast but the taste quality was poor. They didn't have sushi too but they served it to us on our request which was a nice gesture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospitality was amazing and food was yummy. We went for a team lunch and our experience was overall very nice. They have Indian and Japanese food. The staff was very professional and attentive. Desert section had limited choices but the taste was really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my parents for dinner today and did pre-booking through their front office manager Rahul who very sweetly and with great courtesy took our details and all requirements and passed on to the respective team at the restaurant...
Our seating experience was smooth and we were allocated the apt table as was requested, without me having to remind them. Food was very good, soup was brilliant, starters were good though my
mom did not like one thing which we liked though but Nishakar took no time in acknowledging and getting another fresh starter for her to her taste, small gestures go miles in defining customer service attitude. Main course was pretty good
too. Special thanks to the whole team for a wonderful evening and a special mention to Nishakar for making it a happy evening for us..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had dinner buffet here. They served us a large variety of food items and deserts. The chocolate mousse cake was out of the world. All the food tasted good. They had North Indian, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican etc items. They had a large variety of salads too. In total they had I think more than 20 items just in veg. Also, they had live counters for variety of stuff.
All in all I loved my experience here. I would definitely visit this place again.
The service was good too.
