I regret to be a lava customer.
Their device are worst. it stopped working after a year and customer care number never connect.
The people in their service center are pathetic & non professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a lava mobile c81 last year, anyhow i use it till now, it's tochpad stops working and took to lava care center, mysore., they keep my mobile for one week and told that they dont find the toch pad to change. I come home to guwahati and gave my mobile to lava centre , here. now my mobile is with them for the last five days, when i call them they asked me to wait for a week again. will anybody help, where to find the pad easily?
