★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, no one is available on phone to receiver your call but phone gets busy meanwhile they have to call, staff busy in god knows in which work, no proper management, no replies to queries, no escalation process available. Some strict action should be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is service center for xolo or lava phones its entrance is from the behind. It is above the yamaha showroom. You have to go behind the showroom then u have to go upstairs on first floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careless office. Website shows that it's open, and when I went there, it was closed with a very small almost meglible note saying that it will be off for the next two days also. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. They won't pick calls also. BAD EXPERIENCE.
