Quality was horrible. They don’t know how to talk to customers.I bought a jeans 2 days ago of rs1555 and it was in a very bad condition.it wasn't visible in showroom lights. When i came here for exchange they didn't talk properly.They only show me 4 jeans in total to select for exchange .i selected a jeans worth ₹1300.they didn't give my balance amount back. A team of unprofessional people. If I could rate “0” that would have been perfect.
Note - please don’t buy or refer any of your friends to them. They are stealer of your hard earn money.

They try to blame customer so that they don’t have to exchange or return even if they promise to return. They don’t know how to talk to customers . A bunch of unprofessional people. If I could rate “0” that would have been perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had bought a product online from them and they are telling me that they have not. I have this address and they still tell me that they are not.
They have send me this shoes for 2500
Not even worth 500. I had received a call from them before order and after the order when I called that number again, they say it's wrong number I had received an email id from the shipping company on which they continuously ignore my mail. Worst experience.
They are not the sellers but frauds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently purchased a Lehenga from this store. They informed us that alteration is included in the charges. On the day of fitting, the poorly altered the piece, it was unfinished and the skirt of Lehenga was not altered at all. Apart from this, the belt of the lehenga's tassles were broken. Lack of cooperation, hidden extra charges for accessories of the lehenga, worst behaviour by staff concluded my experience.
It was a nightmare getting this lehenga ready. All the effort of buying a readymade lehenga were in vain.
I used to be a returning customer of Lavanya...but I am never going back again now.
