★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. The product was completely different from what was comitted. It took around 2 months to deliver a centre table. The polish was totally changed and it has started vanishing in a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merely a Thief store. Bought few furniture pieces. While buying owner was one of the most supportive and innovative designer/manufacturers. Got all the payments cleared before sending the furniture. Later all furniture came as a blunder and fault that he couldn't rectify. Later after repeated follow up he took the furniture for repair still couldnt send the perfect material. Also not to get he ll ask for extra money after the repairing.. Kindly BEWARE of the owner Darshan. Sad to see these kind of dupers still in the market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. I bought a King size Bed but found it to be of faulty design when delivered. They repaired it though! I bought again a side table. When delivered I found it to be incomplete and loose handles! They promised to repair/fix it but now I have waited for four months now!

I bought multiple items from them and paid almost 2 lacs rupees.
Sofa is damaged in just 2 months and after comlaining multiple times and calling them repetidly for 2 months, one day their carpenter came to my house and he repaired the sofa.
When they were repairing the sofa we found that it was not made properly and glue was not applied where it was needed. Don't know why they are fooling even after paying a good amount.
Now it comes to their sliding almira, it is pathetic. One door always opens itself and after three or four tries the door can be closed.
Now I am still following up with them and from last one and half month they are just fooling me like "sir please send the address and I'll send the carpenter tomorrow" and it happens every second day.
Simply saying "They are Worst at service".

I am satisfied with the product and delighted with the service. We need such helping attitude to make customers happy! Will be happy to be ur customer again.
