★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic management. I booked my appointment and when I reached there the aalon was closed. Then I called the owner. She told me today is holiday. And it's strange because on same day I had booked my appointment with her only at that time she hadn't mentioned anything about holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the second time I visited this salon.. My first experience was really nice they staff was professional and ambience was good.. I visited it second time for haircut and spa.. The girl who did the spa did it very nicely.. Bt other people wer not at all professional.. They had some personal fight going on. People in that salon wer yelling and shouting at each for the entire one hour of spa not a single minute der was silence.. They dint even bother that they have a client sitting. Highly unprofessional....
Will never visit again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended for haircut. Though my earlier visit was not that bad, this time studio totally disappointed me. The lady who came forward for my haircut did not appear professional. Simple haircut with proper trimming appeared a difficult task for her. Still she claimed the mess as advanced haircut and charged more for that. Being in Covid era, I did not want to argue more. Mind you, there is hardly any covid safety protocols observed here. The hairdressers and people around wear sinple cotton mask that too going below the nose. There is no social distance or any serioisness regarding any safety protocols.
You are all on your own if you still want to explore this place.
