★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they provide very poor service and don't know how to talk to their customer. The female lawyer uses statements like " i am a lawyer and you cant do anything to me" - when you communicate to them on the delay of your work or ask them for refund. very very unprofessional.

This firm isn't just like yet another firm but surely a great deal of experience over-all, positively.
One person I would like to mention here is Ms Diksha, who did my TM Registration. I sit at Bangalore, Karnataka, and she's in Delhi. Still I felt, we were working together right next to each other as that's how, Ms Diksha made me feel. Though I laid back with the process, she ensured she stayed on top of this and got the Trademark ™️ registration done at ease and great professionalism.
Not to mention but have to mention this, these guys are comparatively on their service charges as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unprofessional work and also very ill mannered in talking with their clients after they receive money for the given work. they will do your work at their own pace which will take months and they don't even care to respond on your query or update you regarding your work. they also don't take responsibility for delivering your work completely and will ask you to do the follow ups from the government officials regarding any issue caused. they raise their hands up and wont even refund your money if you ask them not to proceed with your work because of their poor service. very rude behavior of the lawyer. not supportive.
