He was not much bothered to know what customer is looking for and in what range to suggest some good options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices of accessories are unnecessarily high. Service charges are high and additional labor cost as well. A bicycle service charge is 400 INR. Wow. Behavior of the service guy as well as owner is not good. Rest , rich lads can decide by themselves.

The owner of the business is so money minded and dont even have sense to talk to the customer and as soon as we enter he will say "service karado", and when i asked do it seriously require service, he said Yes! And you wont believe i serviced my cycle last week from the same shop!!
And the parts he uses are so much overpriced and he also never replace them if they are damaged!! Seriously this is the worst cycle show including the owner and the workers they have dont even have sense how to talk to customer!! Pathetic!!
