★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are thinking of renting a flat here then I would suggest that never do so. There is frequent power cuts at mid night and no one cares to fix this issue. Moreover for the rent the flat charges here there is very few facilities. Gas pipeline is just for show off, no gym, no swimming pool and the children's park is so small that 4-5 families fill up the area. Very poor service from sales office as well. They have a rule for the vehicles to have laxmi deep stickers on them and they charge 50rs per sticker from residents itself. Worst experience ever.

Inner road are very small that too with open parking on one side.
Parking issue, No covered parking, Sales people are offering open parking, that too with lot of mis-management. A- building residents are allotted with open parking in-front of D-Building and now D-building residents are being offered open parking in-front of E-building which is under construction. I am just guessing where will they offer parking for E-building people?
DP road in-front of main gate is not properly constructed, It is covered with raw sand.
Sales people are rigid on price quote & they are not able to sale all ready possession flats from last more than a year.
