pros:
1. On time pickup and delivery.
2. Quality of work is good.
3. Good communication during the repair.
cons:
1. Cost - Other providers quotes were 2/3 of cost quoted. [ Authorized service center cost for repair was also in the same range. ]
Other than this I do not find any other issues with the service. If you want to do repair and afford cost you can go with them.
